Quiero retirar mi fondo de phemexproe, pero el servicio de atención al cliente dijo que actualmente mi cuenta está congelada, por lo que no puedo retirar mi fondo. Si quiero descongelar mi cuenta para retirar el fondo, tengo que pagar USD 3888. Debido a un problema con el sistema, ¿pero tengo que pagar la tarifa de reparación? Creo que es su trabajo solucionar el problema, no el cliente.

i want to withdraw my fund from phemexproe.but the customer service said currently my account is in frozen position so i cant withdraw my fund. if i want to unfrozen my account to do the fund withdraw i have to psy usd3888.because of they system problem but i have to pay the fixing fee?i think its they job to fix the problem not the customer.
