phemexproe から資金を引き出したいのですが、カスタマーサービスによると、現在アカウントが凍結されているため資金を引き出すことができません。資金を引き出すためにアカウントの凍結を解除したい場合は、usd3888 を psy しなければなりません。システムの問題があるため、修正料金を支払わなければなりません。問題を解決するのは顧客ではなく彼らの仕事だと思います。

i want to withdraw my fund from phemexproe.but the customer service said currently my account is in frozen position so i cant withdraw my fund. if i want to unfrozen my account to do the fund withdraw i have to psy usd3888.because of they system problem but i have to pay the fixing fee?i think its they job to fix the problem not the customer.
