我想從 phemexproe 提取資金。但是客服說目前我的帳戶處於凍結狀態，所以我無法提取資金。如果我想解凍我的帳戶以提取資金，我必須支付3888美元。因為他們的系統問題，但我必須支付修復費用？我認為是他們的工作來解決問題而不是客戶。

i want to withdraw my fund from phemexproe.but the customer service said currently my account is in frozen position so i cant withdraw my fund. if i want to unfrozen my account to do the fund withdraw i have to psy usd3888.because of they system problem but i have to pay the fixing fee?i think its they job to fix the problem not the customer.
