Gusto kong i-withdraw ang aking pondo mula sa phemexproe. ngunit sinabi ng customer service na kasalukuyang nasa frozen na posisyon ang aking account kaya hindi ko ma-withdraw ang aking pondo. kung gusto kong i-unfrozen ang account ko para mag-withdraw ng pondo kailangan kong mag-psy ng usd3888.dahil sa problema nila sa system pero kailangan kong magbayad ng fixing fee?sa tingin ko trabaho nila na ayusin ang problema hindi ang customer.

i want to withdraw my fund from phemexproe.but the customer service said currently my account is in frozen position so i cant withdraw my fund. if i want to unfrozen my account to do the fund withdraw i have to psy usd3888.because of they system problem but i have to pay the fixing fee?i think its they job to fix the problem not the customer.
