我想从 phemexproe 提取资金。但是客服说目前我的账户处于冻结状态，所以我无法提取资金。如果我想解冻我的帐户以提取资金，我必须支付3888美元。因为他们的系统问题，但我必须支付修复费？我认为是他们的工作来解决问题而不是客户。

i want to withdraw my fund from phemexproe.but the customer service said currently my account is in frozen position so i cant withdraw my fund. if i want to unfrozen my account to do the fund withdraw i have to psy usd3888.because of they system problem but i have to pay the fixing fee?i think its they job to fix the problem not the customer.
