On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Estonia to visit cryptocurrency exchange Jubiter as planned according to its regulatory address that Harju Maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Roosikrantsi tn 2-K432, 10119, Estonia.

The investigators came to Roosikrantsi tn 2-K432 in Tallinn of Harju Maakond, Estonia for an on-site visit to the exchanges office, and located an old-fashioned 9-story commercial building with a well-maintained façade.

Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a directory in the lobby, which did not display the company name or logo of Jubiter. Moreover, the companys website was not available because it had stopped operating in 2021.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the exchange does not have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Estonia to visit cryptocurrency exchange Jubiter as planned, but did not find the company at its regulatory address. It indicates that the company does not have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors should be cautious about choosing the exchange.
