On-site visit

This time the survey team visited the cryptocurrency dealer BTCBOX in Japan, with specific address at 5/F, Brick Gate Kayabacho, 2-8-1 Nihonbashi Kayabacho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

According to the above address, the survey team came to the building named Brick Gate Kayabacho. The building was next to the subway station [Kayabacho Station] with convenient transportation. And there were many high-rise buildings and restaurants surrounded.   

Entering the building, the team found the name of BTCBOX on the mailbox. It was concluded that the dealer was indeed operated in there. However, due to the strict security, they failed to enter the dealer's offices in the end. 

Conclusion

The survey team went to Tokyo, Japan to visit the cryptocurrency dealer BTCBOX, and found that the exchange truly has a business premise at the official business address shown. However, the team were not allowed to enter the office, so the exact business scale of the dealer is unknown. Please be prudent when trading with this dealer.
