Around 3600 u left on the account cannot be withdrawn. I applied for withdrawal around Jan. 20 and it kept being rejected. Later, Xueli unilaterally unbound my Google Authenticator for me. I have no idea at all. I asked the customer service later, and the customer service answer is always ask me to wait patiently. They locked my account directly in the back, and now I can't log in.
