Comienzan la venta de la nueva moneda BEM y congelan las cuentas de las personas durante 3 meses y dicen que el precio no llega a los 30 usdt, no pueden retirar el monto y cuando llega a los 30 usdt anuncian que como garantía, la gente debe depositar 1 % de los activos totales en las cuentas y luego desbloquean las cuentas y dieron la fecha límite del 3 de mayo y los depósitos de la gente el dinero como garantía y ahora hoy es el 5 de mayo apagan los servidores y no tienen acceso a las cuentas ahora.
