Reason for the visit

After Japan, Singapore has become the second country to recognize the legality of cryptocurrencies, helping to promote it as a fintech and cryptocurrency hub in Asia, and many exchanges around the world competing to "locate" in this country. To help investors know more about the local exchanges, the survey team plans to go to Singapore to for on-site visits.

On-site visit

This time the survey team visited the cryptocurrency dealer Tokenize in Singapore, with specific address at 100, #16-01 Tras St, 100AM, 079027 SG.

According to the above address, the survey team came to an office building at Tras Street, where there were many high-rise surrounded.

The survey team entered the building and didn’t find any logo or name of the cryptocurrency dealer Tokenize on the floor directory.

Subsequently, the team came to the floor as shown on the official address. However, they were surprised to find it belonged to an office of another company.    

Conclusion

The survey team went to Singapore to visit the cryptocurrency dealer Tokenize, and found no business premise of the exchange, which means the given business address is fake. Please be prudent if trading with this exchange.
