My BTC disappeared. They didn'

My BTC disappeared. They didn't help at all. I had around $30,000 in BTC on the network. I got a new phone, did the phrase recovery, and no longer had access to my wallet. I talked to Bitget's customer service, who had no idea what to do. This was a month ago. I've sent them multiple data reports. Someone has my BTC, and it's definitely not me. What good is the wallet if your funds can just disappear? Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE. The agent I spoke with from "𝔸𝕪𝕣𝕝𝕡 " was very helpful. He addressed the issue at hand in a way that the previous agents at Bitget could not or would not do. He looked at the account and found the issue.
