unable to withdraw

I'm in the berry max platform and I'm unable to withdraw. they have not mentioned anything concerning fixing the withdrawal button. they have taken my USDT and converted into some berry coins and wants me to put more money in a account that is unable to withdraw to release theses berry coins.
