Need to pay 20% personal income tax(including principle) to withdraw and the account is frozen after seven days

I got over thirty thousands principles and make a profit of fourteen thousands. I request to withdraw, but the customer service ask me to pay 20% personal income tax which is more than 8000 to withdraw. I feel something is wrong and did not pay it. Then, the customer service said that they already make the request. The account will be frozen if I do not pay it within 7 days(which is toady). After consulting, the professionals said that this tax is weird and suggest me not to pay it. It is highly possible to be scammed. I report it here and hope that I can get my money back after that.
