Coinlist maliciously freeze the account and does not allow to withdraw

I subscribed on Coinlist before and won the lottery! But, they lock your account up for twelve months. When I was about to pick up for the third month, I was not allowed to withdraw coins. I wrote a lot of emails! No reply at all.
