新加坡我不確定這個規定是誰制定的，也不知道他們為什么要實施它，但是為了取款，你必須交出10%的初始存款作為稅款，結果發現他們永遠不允許你取款。
I'm not sure who made this regulation or why they implemented it, but in order to withdraw you must give 10% of initial deposit for taxes, only to discover that they will never allow you withdraw..
