新加坡我不确定这个规定是谁制定的，也不知道他们为什么要实施它，但是为了取款，你必须交出10%的初始存款作为税款，结果发现他们永远不允许你取款。
I'm not sure who made this regulation or why they implemented it, but in order to withdraw you must give 10% of initial deposit for taxes, only to discover that they will never allow you withdraw..
