Reason for this visit

With the booming cryptocurrency market in Japan, one of the largest market around the world, an increasing number of cryptocurrency exchanges have mushroomed recently. In order to help investors to get a more comprehensive understanding of the country's cryptocurrency exchanges, the survey team go to Japan for on-site visits.

On-site visit

In this issue, the investigation team went to Tokyo, Japan to visit the cryptocurrency exchange Money Partners (licensee: Money Partners Co., Ltd.) as planned according to its registered regulatory address that 33F, Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower, 3-2-1, Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

The investigation team arrived at the destination on February 28, 2023, where the Grand Tower a high-rise office building was situated in a prosperous area of Roppongi, and found Money Partners Co., Ltd.’s name and logo from the 33F company directory of the building, in addition to many big companies. 

Conclusion

The survey personnel went to Tokyo, Japan to visit the cryptocurrency exchange Money Partners (Money Partners Co., Ltd.) as scheduled, and spotted the company’s name and logo from the company directory of the Grand Tower at its registered regulatory address. Unfortunately, the survey personnel were not able to enter the company for a special visit due to security reasons, so the specific scale of its business is unknown. Investors are advised to make a sensible choice based on a comprehensive consideration.
