On-site visit

This time the survey team visited the cryptocurrency exchange FXTM (licensee: Forextime UK Limited) in London, according to its regulatory address that 9th Floor, 88 Wood Street, EC2V 7QR.

The investigation team arrived at the target building in a developed business area of downtown London on April 11, which was surrounded by a clean environment with huge crowds of people.

After entering the building, the investigators found company directory, reception room, and security guards in the lobby. And people weren‘t allowed to pay a special visit to any company without a reservation in advance and registration. But after checking the information from the company directory, it is confirmed that FXTM doesn’t have a physical presence here.

Conclusion

The survey personnel went to London, UK to visit the cryptocurrency exchange FXTM as planned, but didn‘t find the company’s office at its regulatory address, which suggests that the company doesnt have a physical business office here. Therefore, investors are advised to choose this exchange carefully.
