次回カスタマーサービスに連絡したとき、すべての証拠を提示したのに応答できなかったのですが、突然私の ID が一時的に停止されました。その後、彼らはそこから私をブロックしたため、顧客担当者に連絡することはできず、私のIDにあったお金はすべて私の手の届かないところにありました。

All of a sudden my ID was temporarily suspended next time I contacted the customer service they couldn't answer me when I presented them with all the evidence. Then they blocked me from there so I can't contact any customer representative and all the money that was in my ID is out of my reach.
