出金は一時停止され、サイトはオフラインになります

i was scammed on this QZ Asset management. they promised weekly ROI, from 1st May they stopped all withdrawal pending w-8ben forms because the company was being listed on NASDAQ and this was a requirement for non- US citizens. few days later their site went down until today. they disappeared with billions of our fund since we bought packages and shares. We used Binance for transacting to QZ but Binance said the transactions are irreversible. please help.
