The survey team visited the cryptocurrency exchange TRADE.COM (licensee: LiveMarkets Ltd) in London, according to its regulatory address that 12 Melcombe Place, London, NW1 6JJ, United Kingdom.

On June 2, the investigators arrived at a commercial building near the Marylebone Station in central London. With convenient transportation. the location is easily accessed by commuters who work in The Office Group (TOG) Melcombe Place which offers premium flexible workspace.

After reaching the building, the team found that there were no reception desk and company directory, as well as other contact information. And people weren‘t allowed to enter the shared office without a key and password. Therefore, the survey personnel were unable to access the broker’s office and reach out to its staff. And it is unconfirmed that TRADE.COM has a physical presence here.

Conclusion

The survey personnel went to London, UK to visit the cryptocurrency exchange TRADE.COM as planned, and was unable to enter the office building with its gate being closed at its regulatory address. Therefore, it is uncertain if the broker has a physical business office there. And investors are advised to choose this exchange cautiously.
