Unable to withdraw

When I wanted to withdraw currency, it said that my account was not active, and I needed to pay 50% of USDT. Withdrawing 8000USDT, I needed to pay 4000USDT to verify my account. It said that the currency could be withdrawn after verification, but withdrawal failed, and I needed to pay about 25% more of 5699USDT lifetime service fee to withdraw, all my money is in it, if I don’t withdraw, how can I pay, if I pay, will it tell me that the withdrawal failed and ask me to pay again?
