Cannot withdraw or sell coins

Every time when I try to withdraw or sell my coins there were thousands of reasons preventing me from doing so, yet it took only one second to see them when I top up. How ridiculous! I’m still not sure whether I could draw out the coins or not. Used to believe it’s a good platform until I was cheated.
