Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) Unveils New Roadmap for Decentralized Artificial Intelligence and Chain Interoperability

The new roadmap summarizes three years of progress in the ICP network and outlines the main directions of development that will position the network as an environment for DeAI. Decentralized blockchain network Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) has released a new roadmap for the development of decentralized artificial intelligence (DeAI) and chain linking in the Web3 space.

The DeAI roadmap outlines the path by which AI models will be trained to work online, moving them beyond black boxes that prevent users from seeing how their data is being used. ICPs artificial intelligence smart contracts will be designed to optimize inference mechanisms, improve consistency, reliability and responsiveness of artificial intelligence.

ICP aims to achieve several long-term goals and introduce first-of-its-kind use cases with these new AI models. Some of these include off-the-shelf trained AI models that are sold as non-fungible tokens, AI smart contracts that validate Ethereum smart contract code, and web3 communities that operate AI models through decentralized autonomous organizations.
